The Active International package is specifically for overseas clients who require a more bespoke hands on service. We will use our experience to manage the process on your behalf and provide updates on the progress your developer is making with our snagging report.

Our Site Referral Scheme

Here at HouseScan, we’ve completed thousands of snagging inspections nationwide. HouseScan continues to grow both in size and reputation due to word of mouth and referrals.

To say thank you and reward customers who help spread our name, we offer site specific discounts. So if you are planning on having a HouseScan and a neighbour also books an inspection through us, you will both receive the discount.

Here’s some info on how it works:

  • 1 HouseScan = Listed price
  • 2 HouseScans = 5% discount
  • 3 HouseScans = 7.5% discount
  • 4 HouseScans = 10% discount
  • 5 HouseScans = 12.5% discount
  • 6 HouseScans = 15% discount

You don’t need to wait for your neighbours. If your HouseScan is followed by another inspection on your site within one month, we will retrospectively refund your payment card the above discount. For example: If four HouseScans take place with no more than a month between each inspection, 10% will be refunded to your card. Please note that the site referral scheme is not available in addition to any other discount or non-package promotion.
